1] Mr. Harshal Pujari. Thank you for approaching free legal advise for your problem.

Mr. Harshal Pujari it’s depending upon which Business you are going to start. You are not mention which business it is.

It’s ok no problem. You can start your own business anywhere in Karnataka or India. But thing is that if it is in partnership I will suggest according to partnership or if it is in entrepreneurship I will give general instructions.

Business it should be lawfully, or legally you have to start. .If it is in partnership you have to make a business partnership deed according to your will and wish, legal rules and regulations and it should be registered with the trade mark  in the registration office of your Taluka or District. If it is not in partnership then you have to become entrepreneur and have to take permission from the legal authority if it is concern with food. And you have to take TIN No for your business Receipt. And note the Rules and Regulation behind the Receipt.  And make legal contract between you and your supplier regarding supply of goods, Time, Credit period   and Mode of payment for the same.  If you are starting your business in your own premises then no problem If it is in rent bases then make contract between you and the owner of the shop or building on rent base or lease or year wise according to Rent control Act and Contract Act.

For this better concern to your product supplier and fallow the rules and regulation of the company according to law.

Any further legal document you want to create on this matter, please contact nearest Advocate or you can contact us on bellow mentioned Office address by taking appointment by phone.
